• Q. What service do you use to ship?
• A.We ship via USPS (US Postal Service). We will use either priority or first class shipping unless you specify the option of Express mail. Please see our shipping page for complete details of our shipping policies.

• Q. How long will it take me to get my item?
• A. We ship your item within 48 hours of receiving a completed payment. Your items will arrive within 3 to 9 business days or faster if Priority or Express mail is chosen.

• Q. How do I care for my items?
• A. We recommend spot cleaning and/or hand washing for all wings and fairy dresses. The materials used to construct your fairy wings and other dress ups are delicate and should be treated with care in order to allow years of fun. We do offer the Little Adventures Princess Dress Up line that it completely machine washable.

• Q. Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
• A. We Guarantee our products to be free from defect and will offer a replacement or refund if found to be defective.

• Q. What is your return policy?
• A. We will offer returns on defective product if needed. If the product you purchased is the wrong size we will exchange it after the item is shipped back to us in new and original condition. Please contact us for a return authorization. We are not responsible for returns due to sizing.

• Q. Do you offer discounts on quantity orders?
• A. We do offer discounts for quantity orders for dance groups, school groups and parties. We also offer occasional sales on specific products. Please subscribe to our newsletter to ensure you are made aware of specials and coupons that may be made available.
