Gorgeous triple-layered gathered pettiskirt. Made from soft tulle and satin type fabric. Flouncy and full, this pettiskirt is a must for dress up, dance class, or the latest fashion statement- wear it over jeans or leggings! Adorned with a large ribbon at the waist. Available in 4 sizes to fit infants up to 10 years. X-Small(3-9+ mos), Small(1-4 yrs), Med(4-6 yrs), and Large(8-10yrs). Sizes are approximate. We also have several of these pettiskirts that are slightly defective in size M. One seam on these pettiskirts was sewn with hot pink or red thread. Not too noticeable, but we took $4 off.
